In fact, Sika’s guarantees are believed to be the most comprehensive available in the roofing industry, covering products against issues including incorrect design and defective materials. On top of this, we offer our own workmanship guarantee, so every element of your roof is protected.
After we’ve finished your work, you’ll be provided with a Sika Product/Extended Product Guarantee and Final Inspection Certificate. These provide coverage for 10, 15, 20 or 25 years depending on the specification and when the installation is completed.
You’ll receive an aftercare pack, too, containing details of how to access your guarantee and further information on the maintenance of your roof.
We’re also happy to give a self-certified Sika Liquid Plastics Material Guarantee, covering the material supplied.
