Mike Bailey, Company Secretary
With a BA (Hons) degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge, a long-standing career in manufacturing, and over 25 years of experience as a board-level director, Mike brings a wealth of expertise to Georgian Roofing.
His last role was as Manufacturing Director at Apollo Fire Detectors: the largest subsidiary of Halma PLC. He was responsible for all the manufacturing operations necessary to support annual sales of approximately 2 million commercial grade fire detectors, securing £40m turnover in a highly unionised environment.
At Georgian Roofing, Mike aids with strategic business planning, including market assessment and product positioning. He is pivotal in establishing the business’s infrastructure, mapping processes and advising on operations management.
